Sad to say goodbye, But oh hey, HELLLLO-OOOH!

If you have been following my journey through my social accounts you know that I have been having a blast with my Sweat Pink family on our #1millionminutes challenge! I have personally done 3329 minutes. While we’ve racked up loads of sweat drops and minutes this summer, it is time to say goodbye to the challenge and <extra sad face> summer too. Boohoo! But hey, good news!!!! AUTUMN is right around the corner! HELLO!!! I can smell the beach bonfires, taste the s’mores, and feel the soft snuggles of warm knits! But don’t freak out there are plenty fun challenges coming up for you with the #sweatpink community!

We’re nearing the end of August and even though the summer is coming to an end, I’m super excited about the Fall because there is nothing as beautiful as crisp mornings and fall leaves on a morning trail run. In fact, my very favorite thing about Fall are evening walks with my family. I can imagine myself wearing my Angelica Duster on the walk. I will also be sippin’ on a hot chocolate chai because being comfy and cozy is my jam. I mean who doesn’t love soft and warm sweaters and spicy chocolaty goodness?!? You know you do!


If I had one goal for the Fall, it would be to increase my miles because the weather and scenery are my absolute fave run combo.To achieve it, I know I will need a good plan and lots of motivation. And of course I want to look great doing it so have the Reversible headband in coal stripe and Whitney long sleeve top in black collide on my wish-list…..
